Scope of Services

When you engage with Affixtro, you may receive:

• Custom software, design, or digital solutions tailored to your business.
• Consultation, development, and deployment services.
• Ongoing support, maintenance, and updates (if included in your package).

Each project's scope, deliverables, and pricing will be specified in your project proposal or agreement.

Project Timelines

We work efficiently to deliver high-quality results:

• Websites: 1–2 weeks
• AI & SaaS Apps: 3–5 weeks
• Mobile Apps: 4–8 weeks

Exact timelines depend on your project's complexity and requirements. You'll receive a clear project roadmap before work begins.

Payments and Plans

We believe in transparent and flexible payment options:

• Advance Payment: 40% required to confirm your project.
• Installment Plans: 3-month or 4-month payment plans available.
• Accepted Payments: PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer.
• Currencies: USD and LKR supported.

Work begins once the initial payment is received. Late payments may pause project progress.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in your project contract:

• Upon full payment, the final deliverables (code, designs, or assets) belong to the client.
• Affixtro retains rights to reusable components, libraries, and AI tools used in development.
• We may showcase non-confidential work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

All information shared with Affixtro is treated as confidential. We will not disclose or share your project details, data, or intellectual property without consent, except as required by law.

AI and Automation Tools

Affixtro integrates advanced AI technologies such as:

• OpenAI, Gemini, and Replicate APIs
• Custom-built AI chatbots, content generation tools, and automation workflows

You agree to use these features responsibly and comply with relevant API provider policies.

Design, Revisions, and Feedback

We value collaboration. Clients receive free consultations, revisions, and design reviews during the development process. Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may incur extra costs.

Ongoing Support and Updates

Affixtro provides:

• Post-launch maintenance and feature updates
• Regular backups and performance checks
• 24/7 support via email or chat for active projects

Support terms and duration are defined in your service agreement.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Affixtro's services or products for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Hosting or distributing malicious code
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Misusing AI-generated content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these policies.

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our digital projects:

• Advance payments are non-refundable once design or development work has begun.
• If you cancel a project mid-way, charges will apply for completed work to date.
• Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

Affixtro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Software downtime, data loss, or performance issues
• Client-side hosting or integration errors
• Misuse of deliverables or AI tools

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the respective service.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect updates in our business or compliance requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website, and your continued use signifies acceptance of the changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
